Return Policy for Coffee Canasta
At Coffee Canasta, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality coffee products and services. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. Therefore, we have developed the following return policy:
1. Returns
We only accept returns on wrong or damaged items. All sales are final.
2. Wrong Item
If we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at coffeecanasta@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refunds
If we have sent you the wrong item, we will refund your purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, once we receive the returned item.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment, but will reimburse for shipment.
5. Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been shipped.
6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at coffeecanasta@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may require photos of the damage. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
